Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will aim to get your order to you ASAP. You will receive an email notification after placing your order, and another once your order has shipped.
Once your order has been despatched, delivery time will be subject to your location. You can expect to receive your order within 2-7 business days.
We will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address you have provided. If delivery is unsuccessful you will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise.
Christmas Delivery Dates
To receive your goods in time for Christmas, please ensure you place your order no later than Tuesday 10th December for standard delivery.
For express, please place your order no later than Tuesday 17th December.

We offer free shipping on all orders $150 and over.

International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marching Bambino is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@marchingbambino.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
